This is a leadership role — not a volunteer hobby.

All Jet S.T.R.E.A.M. coaches are expected to:

1. Uphold the Coach Code of Conduct

Professionalism, integrity, fairness, and respect at all times.

2. Complete All Compliance Requirements

• Background check
• USA Gold Coaching License
• AAU Membership (when required)
• Handbook acknowledgment

3. Maintain Clear Communication

All official communication is done through Crossbar and approved program channels.

4. Follow the 48-Hour Rule

Sensitive discussions must follow the proper chain of communication.

5. Represent the Brand

You represent Jet S.T.R.E.A.M. in public, online, at tournaments, and in the community.

6. Commit to Development

All coaches are enrolled in Coach Up™ professional development.

Growth is not optional here.

Submitting a coaching application:

• Does NOT guarantee placement

• Is required for every coach in our program

All individuals coaching within Jet S.T.R.E.A.M. must complete the application and approval process.

Coaching assignments are determined by:

• Program needs
• Alignment with culture
• Experience and qualifications
• Interview process
• Leadership approval

Coaching at Jet S.T.R.E.A.M. requires:

• Organizational discipline
